Our male client in the Monash area requires an experienced carer to assist him in achieving his goals, maximise his potential for independence and live his best life within his community.
Responsibilities
* Personal care; assist with showering, toileting and personal hygiene
* Clinical care: bowel care, catheter care, stoma bag
* Manual handling; use of equipment to support mobility such as wheelchair, hoists and two person transfers
* Domestic duties
* Community access
Essential Criteria
* Minimum 1 year experience
* An understanding of spinal injury
* NDIS Worker screening check, Working with Vulnerable People Check and First Aid Certificate
* Working rights in Australia
