We are seeking a Permanent Part-Time Receptionist and a Casual Receptionist for our Lilydale Clinic to join our friendly team!
About the role:
· 27+ hours per week for Permanent Part Time
· 10.5+ hours per week for Casual
· Need to have availability and flexibility to work Monday - Friday between 7.45 am - 8.15 pm and Saturday mornings when required.
Key Responsibilities
· Client Interaction
· Greet clients warmly and professionally in person and over the phone
· Provide empathetic, confidential, and non-judgmental service
· Manage client inquiries, bookings, and follow-ups
Administrative Support
· Schedule appointments and manage calendars for multiple practitioners
· Maintain accurate client records and intake documentation
· Process billing, payments, Medicare/private health claims, Workcover and TAC
· Liaise between departments and practitioners with discretion
Office Coordination
· Monitor office supplies and clinical resources and advise Practice Manager when supplies are low
· Coordinate equipment maintenance and repairs with Practice Manager
· Ensure clinic is clean, welcoming, and organized
Compliance & Confidentiality
· Adhere to privacy regulations
· Maintain confidentiality of all client and staff information
· Follow clinic policies and procedures consistently
About you:
· 2+ years' experience in medical or allied health reception
· Strong verbal and written communication skills
· Confident using Microsoft Office, Google Suite, and Nookal (or other medical software)
· Warm, professional, punctual, organised, and able to multitask in a busy environment
