Duggan + Della is partnering with a leading Canberra law firm to recruit an Associate (1 - 4 years PQE) to join a highly regarded Commercial Litigation & Dispute Resolution practice. This is an exceptional opportunity to work closely with a senior partner recognised nationally for their expertise in government regulatory and controversy matters.
The successful candidate will gain exposure to complex, high-profile disputes and advisory work spanning agriculture, environment, defence, and technology, as well as involvement in major class actions and regulatory investigations.
The successful candidate will have 1-4 years PQE, ideally with experience in commercial litigation, government regulatory matters, or class actions.
This opportunity provides exposure to sophisticated, nationally relevant matters across multiple regulated sectors.
