Kitney is seeking a skilled and motivated IT Consultant & Systems Lead | Toolkit Coordinator to join our team and support the delivery of cutting-edge, integrated solutions that enhance workplace safety and operational performance. This role combines technical expertise with a good understanding of Work Health and Safety (WHS), and wider business, enabling clients to implement and optimise digital systems using Microsoft 365 and related technologies. We deliver projects for Health and Safety, Quality Risk Governance with a focus on creating safer smarter workplaces.
You will lead client engagements, coordinate internal teams, and contribute to the development of Kitney Toolkit products and services. Your work will span consultancy, training, system design, and change management—helping clients across industries such as aged care, manufacturing, and local government achieve their safety and business goals.
**Qualifications**
Essential Qualifications
University degree with a Master's in:
- Computer Science
- Information Technology or Information Systems
- Occupational Health and Safety (or related WHS discipline)
- Systems Engineering
Demonstrated experience in:
- IT and WHS training design and delivery
- IT systems implementation supporting WHS compliance
- Team coordination and leadership
- Innovation, project management, and product management
- Stakeholder engagement across small, medium, and large enterprises
Certifications
- Microsoft 365 (e.g., MS-700, MS-100, MS-101, MB-910)
Hybrid role based in our Kitney Rocklea Office and WFH via agreement.
To be considered for this role, you must be based in Brisbane, Queensland (QLD) Australia and must be an Australian citizen or hold permanent work rights with no restrictions.
**Desirable Qualifications**
Certifications:
- Project Management (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2)
- WHS (e.g., Certificate IV in Work Health and Safety)
- ITIL or similar frameworks
- Microsoft 365 (e.g., MS-700, MB-910, PL-200)
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft 365 tools:
- SharePoint, Power BI, PowerApps, Power Automate, Teams, Power Pages etc.
- 3+ years of experience in IT consultancy, WHS system design, or solutions architecture
- Familiarity with web programming languages (HTML, CSS, JavaScript)
- Experience in SaaS product development and business analysis
- Industry knowledge in aged care, manufacturing, local councils, not for profit, retail, education
**Work Authorisation**
Pay: $80,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
