Role Description
The Site Manager will oversee the daily on-site operations of construction projects, ensuring timely completion within budget and adherence to quality standards. Responsibilities include coordinating with contractors, suppliers, and project teams, monitoring site safety and compliance, resolving on-site issues, and maintaining project documentation. This is a full-time on-site role based in the Greater Sydney Area.
Qualifications
* Experience with project management, construction supervision, and refurbishment practices
* Strong ability to oversee budgets, timelines, and workforce coordination
* Proficiency in problem-solving, managing on-site safety, and adherence to regulatory compliance
* Exceptional communication, leadership, and team collaboration skills
* Competence in construction software and tools for scheduling, estimation, and reporting
* Proactive organizational skills and attention to detail
* Relevant certifications such as White Card and knowledge of Australian building codes
* Prior experience in managing projects within the Greater Sydney Area is advantageous
* Proven ability to build and maintain positive client relationships
* Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field is preferred
