SAP Test Lead (BTP)
* Project is Bluefield implementation.
* The major Scope is UI Testing with Fiori and BTP integration Testing
* Modules which are they looking for is MM and SD. FI would be added advantage
* Experience with Automation Testing (TOSCA) will increase the chances of selection
* Project is moving more towards UI Path Automation Testing and MDM
* Database used is S/4HANA.
* Strategic QA Leadership: Design project testing strategy and detailed planning in collaboration with vendors to ensure seamless, high-quality QA delivery.
* UAT Orchestration: Act as the primary liaison between Business Stakeholders and external partners to coordinate and execute User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
* Defect Lifecycle & Governance: Own the defect management process, providing transparent reporting and data-driven insights to project leadership.
* Vendor Delivery Oversight: Maintain rigorous governance over partner deliverables, ensuring all external outputs meet internal quality benchmarks and compliance standards.
* Proven Experience: A minimum of 12 years of experience navigating large-scale transformation programs or complex enterprise projects.
* Strategic Design: Deep expertise in architecting test approaches for multi-release, phased deployments.
* Complex Integration Expertise: Advanced proficiency in testing web portals and managing intricate integration touchpoints across multiple third‐party systems and partners.
* Tooling Authority: Expert-level command of industry‐standard test and defect management suites (e.g., Jira, ALM, Azure DevOps).
* Automation Fluency: Functional knowledge of popular test automation frameworks and tools to drive efficiency.
* ERP Familiarity: Professional knowledge of SAP is highly desirable to support core business process validation.
