GOLD COAST HOLIDAY HOMES is a specialised Holiday Division of DJ Stringer Property Services Coolangatta managing a range of privately owned Holiday Investment property on the Southern Gold Coast & Northern NSW areas.
We are seeking a suitable & experienced person to join our great team to facilitate the following primary duties:
- Letting & booking of guests
- Administration of bookings in /out
- Regular Property Inspections
- Assist to co-ordinate cleaners
- Communicate & report to landlords
- Arrange & co-ordinate maintenance
The successful applicant must possess the following qualities & experience:
- Exceptional customer service skills
- Minimum of 3 years experience in either Property Management & or tourist related accommodation or similar
- Computer literacy
- Bubbly & fun working attitude within a team environment
- Full time position, Monday to Friday 8:30am to 5pm and some Saturday's 9am to 2pm as per roster.
