The Shoe Group (TSG) is on the lookout for a Content Creator to join our marketing team.
Work across some of Australia's most loved footwear brands, including Wildfire, Spendless, Corasol and more.As part of our dynamic brand team, you'll bring ideas to life across multiple channels, creating content that drives engagement, builds brand awareness, and connects with our community.
Expect a supportive, fast-paced, and fun environment where creativity is celebrated and every team member is valued.What We're Looking ForProven experience in content creationStrong skills in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere Pro) and/or content tools like Canva or CapCutBasic knowledge of photography and lighting equipment, with confidence behind the cameraA strong understanding of social media platforms (TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn) and best practices for content creation, engagement, and growthCreative flair with strong attention to detail, balanced with the ability to prioritise and meet deadlinesExcellent communication skills, with confidence to direct shoots and work with models and stakeholdersHighly organised, proactive, and able to work both collaboratively within a team and independentlyKey ResponsibilitiesPlan, create and edit engaging content for social and digital platforms including TikTok, Instagram, LinkedIn, and YouTube (organic and paid)Coordinate with offshore suppliers for editing of ecommerce product imageryDesign and produce light graphics and layouts to support campaigns, story sets, social media, and retail activityIdeate and execute short-form video content (Reels, TikToks, Stories) that taps into trends while staying on-brandAssist with organising and directing content shoots, including sourcing props, liaising with models, and leading shoot execution where requiredSupport social media strategies by contributing creative ideas in team meetings and collaborating on campaigns that drive awareness and channel growthLiaise with external suppliers on banners, graphics and other admin tasksOversee KPI tracking and provide regular performance updates to the teamReport weekly to the Digital Content Manager on content activity, performance, and opportunitiesWork closely with cross-functional teams (E-Commerce, Retail, Wholesale) to ensure all content needs are metWhat We OfferA flexible role: part-time (job share) or full-time depending on the right candidateThe chance to create content for multiple footwear brands across AustraliaA fun, supportive, and creative team setting where your ideas are heardOpportunities to learn, grow, and expand your creative skills in a dynamic retail businessHow to ApplyReady to Apply?
