Job Role
As a key member of our store team, you will partner with the Store Manager to lead the team and drive operational and sales performance. You will regularly review store and team member performance, collaborate with the Store Manager to formulate action plans that leverage your store's potential, and empower your team by demonstrating how their efforts align with business strategy.
You will be a brand ambassador, creating highly personalized experiences for customers and employees alike. This includes ensuring high engagement, a positive culture, and sustainable revenue growth. You will coach your team in communicating our brand story, evoking in-store passion and brand loyalty.
* Proven experience in commercial, customer-centric supervisory roles
* Strong commercial acumen with ability to support Store Manager in overall store operations and leading teams to achieve revenue targets
* Fashion or trend-oriented with strengths in visual display and stock optimization
* Operational agility with strong inventory management capabilities
* Consultative selling experience with proven ability to train and coach in consultative selling techniques
* Entrepreneurial spirit with track record of creating, collaborating, and implementing ideas to improve store trade
* Strong delegation skills with ability to drive team productivity
