Our organization is seeking a highly skilled Primary Mental Health Specialist to play a vital role in the Pathways to Recovery program.
This specialist will be responsible for providing goal-oriented therapeutic interventions and strategies to eligible clients. Key Responsibilities include:
* Collaboratively planning and implementing assessment and treatment services for clients
* Working as part of a multidisciplinary team to provide comprehensive care
* Developing and maintaining effective relationships with clients, families, and other healthcare professionals
The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a genuine caring nature, and suitable qualifications for registration. Minimum two years full-time post-graduate experience working in primary/community mental health is required.
