A global technology company operating in the channel ecosystem is seeking a Senior Regional Director to lead its ANZ business through a significant growth phase.
The business delivers a portfolio of IT software solutions sold through a partner ecosystem. This is a high velocity sales motion, where individual sales reps will be closing between 10-15 deals/month.
This is a regional revenue leadership role, focused entirely on growth rather than P&L ownership. While there is longer-term potential to expand across APAC, the immediate and most compelling opportunity sits firmly in ANZ, where the business remains underpenetrated relative to its potential.
This role is best suited to a hands-on, entrepreneurial sales leader who enjoys building, leading and executing, not just setting strategy from a distance.
Key Responsibilities
* Own and deliver the regional revenue target across APAC
* Lead, develop and performance-manage a cross-functional team across sales, business development and customer success
* Drive growth across the existing partner ecosystem through improved execution, enablement and account expansion
* Design and build a new reseller-led motion to access mid-market customers, transacting through partners
* Recruit new talent and reshape the team where required to support growth objectives
* Establish clear sales cadence, forecasting discipline and execution standards
* Act as the regional commercial leader, engaging directly with partners and customers
* Collaborate closely with global leadership to align regional priorities and strategy
