Mission Brief
This program involves integrating a modern policy platform into existing enterprise systems, replacing a legacy solution. The goal is to improve operational efficiency, elevate digital experiences, and enable new insurance product offerings.
Your Impact
As a Technical Business Analyst, you'll be at the heart of a major transformation initiative. You'll collaborate with technical teams, architects, and business stakeholders to ensure smooth integration across systems and processes.
Core Responsibilities
* Drive requirements scoping, technical workshops, and impact assessments for integration points.
* Map current and future business and technical processes, including data flows and system interactions.
* Lead requirements elicitation for APIs, data mapping, and digital experience enhancements.
* Develop detailed technical specifications, epics, user stories, and wireframes for delivery teams.
* Identify integration risks, dependencies, and constraints across systems and data layers.
* Partner with developers and solution architects to validate technical feasibility and alignment.
* Support planning and business case development for integration initiatives.
What You Bring
* 10+ years as a Business Analyst with strong technical and integration expertise.
* Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related discipline.
* Hands-on experience in system integration projects (APIs, data mapping).
* Familiarity with insurance platforms (Guidewire or similar highly desirable).
* Proficiency in Jira, Confluence, and process modeling tools (Visio, ).
* Knowledge of BPMN, UML, and business process modeling techniques.
* Comfortable with Atlassian suite, Office 365, and integration documentation standards.
* Insurance domain experience (Motor and Home) preferred.
* Strong stakeholder management skills and ability to deliver in regulated environments.
