Catering HQ is looking for proactive Function Bar & Wait Staff and Cafe All Rounders to join our dedicated team at Brighton Lakes Golf Club on a casual basis. We provide great opportunities for career progression.

Duties & Responsibilities
1. Communicate with co-workers and management to solve problems and improve quality and service
2. Assist in the opening and/or closing of the catering department as per the company checklist guidelines.
3. Initiate dialogue and develop rapport with customers by learning their names, favourite drinks and food items
4. Understand and anticipate customer needs and aim to exceed these requirements
5. Provide exceptional quality, consistent coffee and beverages to our guests
6. Assist in reaching business goals and objectives as set out by management
Key Qualities
7. Experience in a similar role is ideal - bar tending, wait staff or barista
8. Have a strong customer service focus
9. Professional, upbeat and friendly personality
10. Exceptional attention to detail
11. Positive and flexible attitude
12. Highest level of presentation and grooming standards
13. Confidence to take charge and own the result, yet humble enough to listen and learn
14. Honest and results focused - able to give and receive genuine feedback and take action as needed
15. Innovative - proven experience of genuinely implementing new ideas
16. Able to follow manual handling procedures correctly
17. RSA is required for bar roles.
