We’re seeking a proactive and personable Customer Service Officer to join a supportive and fast‑paced team. Your new role
You’ll be the first point of contact for customers, handling enquiries, taking orders, preparing quotes, and providing general support to ensure a smooth customer experience.Key Responsibilities
* Answer incoming customer calls and manage enquiries professionally
* Process customer orders and prepare accurate quotes
* Assist walk‑in customers and provide exceptional on‑site service
* Manage regular and cash sales
* Handle a high volume of emails and maintain clear communication
* Use a variety of in‑house and internet‑based systems (full training provided)
* Collaborate with a friendly, high‑energy team in a supportive environment
What you'll need to succeed
* Previous customer service experience (phone-based or face-to-face)
* Strong accuracy and attention to detail
* Confident about using Microsoft Office and able to pick up new systems quickly
* A positive, friendly personality and willingness to learn
* Enjoys being part of a fast-paced and close‑knit team
* Reliable, organised, and comfortable managing multiple tasks
