About the RoleAs a key member of the Sports Medicine team, you’ll be responsible for:Building and maintaining strong relationships with a core group of high-profile surgeon customers across Melbourne metro.Providing clinical and technical support in the operating theatre to ensure the best possible outcomes for patients and surgeons.Driving education and training initiatives for surgeons, theatre staff, and hospital teams.Collaborating with a passionate team to achieve sales and growth targets.Representing a diverse product portfolio at the cutting edge of sports medicine and orthopaedic innovation.
This is a relationship-driven role where you will be a trusted partner to surgeons, ensuring they are supported with the latest solutions and insights to deliver world-class care.
About YouWe are looking for someone with:Experience in medical devices, ideally orthopaedics or sports medicine – or strong clinical experience (e.g., physiotherapy, nursing, exercise science, or similar) with a desire to move into a commercial role.A passion for learning and the ability to excel in a fast-paced surgical environment.Strong communication and relationship-building skills, with a focus on customer care.A self-driven, motivated mindset and a genuine interest in helping others succeed.
