We are currently seeking an enthusiastic, talented and hard-working Baker (either with qualifications or with previous experience working in a bakery) for our Bakers Delight in Dingley.
At Bakers Delight our Bakers are responsible for:
* Assisting in product preparation and baking
* Baking and presenting quality product to meet changing customer needs
* Maintaining the cleanliness and safety of the bakery
* Assisting the Bakery Manager with stock control and production expenses
* Dough making
* Oven work
* Maintaining bakery cleanliness to WHS Standards
* Ordering stock and stock take
The ideal candidate will possess the following:
* Passion for baking
* Proven baking experience
* Ability to work a rotating roster
* Reliable transportation
* Excellent communication and time management skills
* Ability to work in a fast paced/flexible environment
To be successful in this position, formal baking qualifications are highly regarded and baking experience with Bakers Delight is an advantage. Further to this, the successful candidate must be flexible and able to work a rotating roster.
