Project Engineer / Project Manager – Ground Engineering - Western Australia Regional Projects
The RIX Group are seeking an experienced Project Engineer / Project Manager to join our team delivering ground engineering projects across Western Australia.
This role is ideal for a motivated professional with strong technical and project management capabilities who is comfortable working in remote environments and managing site-based operations.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage and deliver ground engineering projects safely, on time, and within budget
* Coordinate site operations, subcontractors, and project resources
* Oversee planning, scheduling, and reporting for project activities
* Maintain strong client relationships and ensure project requirements are met
* Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and environmental standards
Requirements
* Minimum 7 years' experience in ground engineering, geotechnical, or related civil construction projects
* Civil or Geotechnical Engineering Degree
* Experience in project delivery, site supervision, and stakeholder coordination
* Strong organisational and communication skills
* Ability to work on a 20 days on / 8 days off roster
* Full driving license;
* OHS Construction White Card;
* Must be able to pass a Pre-employment Medical including a Drug & Alcohol Screen.
