About the role
We are seeking a permanent full-time Assistant Property Manager to work with our team.
- Working alongside a full-time Property Management Team you will be challenged whilst being supported to learn with ongoing training and enjoying the benefits of a great team and office environment.
**Responsibilities**:
- Assisting with landlords, tenants, and contractors' communication-
- Receipting tenant payments-
- Assist with rent arrears-
- Assisting with the coordination of maintenance-
- Property Management administration-
- Scheduling and conducting routine inspections on the portfolio-
- Assisting with preparing property reports ie: ingoing, outgoing & quarterly inspectionsAbout you- High attention to detail-
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills-
- Good at multi-tasking and time management-
- High level of initiative including numerical and problem-solving abilities.-
- Ability to work to current systems and procedures while contributing as a team-
