Are you passionate about connecting with students and graduates, building strong relationships, and influencing the future of the accounting profession? We’re looking for a Senior Student Engagement Consultant to join our Careers Engagement team and help inspire the next generation of Chartered Accountants (CA).
ABOUT THE ROLE In this dynamic and varied position, you’ll engage with a diverse range of stakeholders—including employers, graduates, educators, and students—both over the phone and in-person at events like career fairs, university presentations, and industry seminars. Your mission will be to highlight the value of pursuing the CA designation and actively attract future members to the CA Program, while working as part of an inclusive, high-impact team.
Key responsibilities:
Lead and support on-campus promotion of career marketing events and represent CA ANZ at university and industry events.
Educate and inspire students and graduates about the Chartered Accountant designation, identifying opportunities for engagement.
Manage relationships with stakeholders to develop the future member pipeline.
Execute targeted campaigns to meet the needs of students and employers.
ABOUT YOU
Advanced experience in graduate recruitment, careers advice, or campus recruitment.
Strong relationship-building and stakeholder management skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.
Confident communicator and presenter.
Knowledge of the education system or accounting profession is highly advantageous.
