We are seeking a strategic, analytical, and solutions-focused leader to step into the role of Examinations and Assessments Manager. This is your opportunity to lead two high-performing teams, oversee major operational processes and drive continuous business improvements to enhance both the student experience and organisational outcomes. The Role: Lead, mentor, and empower the Assessments and Examinations teams to deliver consistently high-quality outcomes. Oversee the coordination and delivery of large-scale assessments and examinations, including timetabling, venue planning, and invigilation. Manage budgets, forecasts, and expenditure related to assessments and examinations, including casual staff and venue hire. Strengthen student progression pathways, ensuring smooth transitions between programs and into further study. Drive continuous improvement by streamlining processes, implementing system upgrades, and embedding data-driven decision-making. Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external partners to improve communication and student outcomes. The ideal Candidate: You’ll thrive in this role if you are a confident leader and change agent who enjoys improving systems and processes. Ideally, you bring: Proven leadership experience managing operational teams in education or a related sector. Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence, build relationships, and drive collaboration. Demonstrated experience in business improvement, process optimisation, or systems implementation. High levels of energy and initiative, with the resilience to manage change and deliver outcomes under tight timelines. Solid data and analytical capability (Power BI or similar highly regarded).
