The role:
Joining a high performing retail team, this hands-on role will see you assisting the manager to lead from the front to grow the store.
You'll be trained to deliver an incredible experience for both our retail and B2B customers.
This is a casual role, for permanent weekend hours, with the possibility of additional hours.
Duties & Responsibilities:
Strive for excellence and "go beyond" in every customer interaction
Supporting the Store Manager and Management Team in achieving business goals
Assist clients with selection of merchandise
Develop strong commercial relationships with clients
Contributing to all aspects of retail store operations; serving customers, managing orders, visual merchandising, processing stock etc
The successful applicant will possess:

Enthusiasm to learn about the workwear and safety industry
A passion for solving problems and achieving the best outcomes for customers
A demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced environment
A willingness to "get your hands dirty" - although this is predominantly a customer facing role, you'll potentially be asked to contribute in many aspects of our business, including warehouse operations and office work.
Excellent personal presentation
Retail experience is preferable but not essential.
