City Optics Nepean is looking for an enthusiastic Optical Assistant/Dispenser to join our front of house team.

About the Role
You'll help ensure every patient enjoys a smooth and welcoming experience.
Your responsibilities will include:
Assisting patients with frame and lens selection
Helping with fittings and adjustments
Greeting patients, managing appointments, and processing payments
Maintaining retail displays and supporting the smooth running of the practice
About You
No prior optical experience is required - training will be provided.
What matters most is your attitude and approach.
You'll bring:
Excellent communication and people skills
A friendly, professional manner
Confidence using computers and learning new systems
A proactive, team-oriented attitude
Flexibility to work retail hours, including Thursday evenings and Saturdays
