We are proudly family owned and operate our Head Office from our home in Hobart, Tasmania. Our products are designed in Hobart, we use the best resources available from all over the world to develop footwear that keeps pushing the boundaries - from the iconic elastic-sided boots loved worldwide to gumboots, lace-up safety footwear for men and women, heavy industrial footwear and casual boots.

The Role
As a key member in our Logistics team, you will play a pivotal role in supporting the administration of the logistics functions within Blundstone Australia. Reporting to the Purchasing Manager as part of a small team, you will oversee various activities such as assisting in the administration of the logistics function, which includes purchasing, warehousing, distribution, freight and stock management.
Your proactive approach and keen attention to detail will ensure that our logistics operations run smoothly and efficiently. By collaborating with different areas of the business, suppliers, and customers, you will contribute to the overall success of our company.
About You
You are a motivated and detail-oriented individual with a passion for logistics and supply chain management. You thrive in a fast-paced environment and enjoy tackling challenges head-on. Your excellent communication skills allow you to effectively interact with various stakeholders, including team members, suppliers, and customers.
You have a strong understanding of logistics processes and are proficient in using computer software, especially Microsoft Office and commercial software. With your proactive attitude and problem-solving skills, you are ready to make a meaningful impact and drive success in our logistics operations.
We are looking for someone with demonstrated experience in:
* Assisting in the administration of the logistics function, which includes purchasing, warehousing, distribution, and stock management
* Communicating with various areas of the business, suppliers, and customers
* Strong ability to meet deadlines and provide quality advice to support efficient operations
* Forklift License (Desirable)
