As the Operations Manager - Northern Region, you'll play a key role in driving leadership, support, and strategic direction, ensuring the seamless operation of all sites and teams across both states. This dynamic role involves overseeing daily operations, managing staff, and ensuring that processes run smoothly from one branch to the next.
Key Responsibilities :
* Maintain regular communication with State Operation Managers, Regional Operations Managers, and Customer Service Managers to keep operations aligned.
* Develop and implement strategies to retain both clients and operatives.
* Conduct regular site inspections to ensure consistent quality and operational excellence.
* Ensure all staff and operatives have the necessary materials on-site for efficient work.
* Implement effective processes and adjustments to solve client issues quickly and efficiently.
* Oversee contract retention by ensuring high standards of work and service.
* Maximize productivity through effective supervision and management of staff and sites.
* Provide guidance, coaching, and support to team members to foster growth and improve performance.
* Drive process improvements to streamline operations and enhance client satisfaction.
* Organize and lead regular training sessions on equipment, materials, cleaning methods, and quality standards.

* You excel at multitasking and organizing, with the ability to prioritize effectively.
