Office All-rounder / Accounts Clerk
Duties:
· Reception and administrative skills, friendly phone manner, and must be competent on computer. Willing to be trained on Refrigeration and Electrical (industry software).
· Recording, preparing, sorting, classifying and filing information.
· Sorting, opening and sending mail.
· Preparing reports of a routine nature.
· Recording issue of equipment to staff.
· Receiving letters and telephone messages.
· Accurate and timely processing of supplier accounts payable invoices.
· Matching supplier invoices with purchase orders and ensuring timely payments to our suppliers.
· Monitor and apply customer payments to customer invoices.
· Provide Reception support and carry out banking and mailing duties.
· Assist with bank reconciliations and the reconciliation of manufacturer accounts.
· Assist the Accounts Manager in the preparation of EOFY, general ledger entries, and reconciliations.
· Prepare and provide regular and ad hoc analysis reports as required.
Hours: Minimum 38 hours per week.

Minimum Requirements:
· You must have at least diploma in business or finance.
· Excellent time management and communication skills.
· Self-motivated, hard working with the ability to work under pressure.
· Must hold current driver's license and be able to drive manual vehicles.
· You possess demonstrated accounts administration experience.
· You are proficient with accounting and finance software.
· You possess a strong attention to detail and accuracy, with the ability to handle sensitive and confidential information.
· You have excellent time management skills, with the ability and drive to meet deadlines.
· You are skilled and competent in the use of Microsoft Word and Excel.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $78,000.00 – $85,000.00 per year
