About the Role: Under the direction of the Facility Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations and governance of clinical and direct client care delivery. Your role will include overseeing monitoring systems to ensure strong clinical governance within the service. Key responsibilities include: -Providing clinical expertise -Leading and managing clinical and direct care staff -Delivering innovative care and services -Ensuring client care needs and outcomes are met within the facility -Ensuring the facility consistently meets accreditation standards -Cultivating internal and external relationships This position is supported locally with 24/7 coverage from Clinical Nurses and Registered Nurses, ensuring the facility maintains a culture of person-centred care.
