We are seeking a reliable and safety-focused Plant Operator to join a busy manufacturing facility based in Para Hills. This role is responsible for operating plant and equipment to manufacture products efficiently, safely, and in accordance with quality, health, safety, and environmental requirements.
You will be required to follow batch sheets, mixing chemicals, packing instructions, and standard operating procedures to ensure products are produced to specification, while maintaining high standards of housekeeping and plant hygiene.

Day shift: 7:00AM – 3:00PM
Rate : 34.50 P/H+Super
Location : Keysborough
* Operate plant and equipment in a safe and responsible manner
* Follow quality assurance procedures, batch sheets, and work instructions
* Identify, label, pack, and transport finished products and raw materials
* Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of plant, equipment, and work areas
* Report faulty or malfunctioning equipment immediately to relevant personnel
* Assist with basic troubleshooting and coordination of repairs where required
* Comply with all safety, health, environmental, and quality standards
* Maintain high housekeeping standards across the site
* Support continuous improvement initiatives related to safety, quality, and productivity
Your Profile
* Minimum 12 months production/manufacturing experience
* LF High Reach forklift licence (Must Have) - minimum 1 year
* Ability to follow safety, quality & batch processes
* Comfortable mixing liquid chemical
* Strong attention to detail
* Ability to operate plant machinery confidently
* Computer literacy with Microsoft Office Suite
