Step Into Leadership as a Home Site Supervisor
As our Home Site Supervisor, you'll be at the heart of delivering exceptional support in our home accommodation services.
You won't just oversee the day-to-day—you'll inspire, guide, and roll up your sleeves to provide hands-on support that transforms lives.
Your Role:
You'll be the go-to leader for support workers to upscale matters and provide hands-on support with clients based in the homes.
You'll work across 2 SIL homes nearby in coordinating staffing rosters and admin duties and also being available for client support.
Duties will include:
Overseeing daily operations with confidence and clarity
Implementing individual support plans, including Positive Behaviour Support and complex Health Care Plans
Building strong relationships with stakeholders
Managing incident reports and roster scheduling with precision
Escalating and collaborating with the portfolio manager when needed
This is more than supervision—it's about ensuring every participant receives the highest quality of care, empowering them to live independently within a 24/7 support system.

What You'll Bring:
Certificate III in Disability and/or Individual Support (essential)
Willingness to obtain required checks: Blue Card, Yellow Card, First Aid, CPR, Fit2Work, and a valid driver's licence with comprehensive insurance
Experience in Disability and Aged Care, especially with complex behaviours and mental health challenges
Proven leadership in staff management and site coordination
Strong communication and relationship-building skills
Sharp problem-solving abilities with a systematic approach
