We're looking for a reliable, long-term part-time team member to join a small, fast-paced pawnbroking shop. No industry experience needed—we'll train you—but you'll need to be confident handling cash, dealing with customers, and working as part of a tight-knit team.
This is a permanent role with steady hours, not seasonal or temporary. Ideal for someone looking for consistent part-time work with a team that values reliability, initiative, and common sense.
You'll be guaranteed 6 days per fortnight plus extra days to cover leave.
Your Responsibilities
* Serve customers in a retail environment
* Handle cash and manage simple stock movements
* Support the store manager with daily operations
* Contribute to keeping the shop running smoothly
What We're Looking For
* Punctual and dependable
* Honest, friendly, and good under pressure
* Willing to work across a 2-week rotating roster
* Retail or customer service experience is a bonus—not essential
