This position is based in our Orange office and includes a requirement to work one day per week from our Bathurst office.

This Administration Support Officer is responsible for providing high quality administrative support to Western Health Alliance Ltd (WHAL), trading as Western NSW Primary Health Network (WNSW PHN) to ensure the efficient operation of the organisation.

Selection Criteria
Essential:
* Certificate III in Business Administration or substantial experience in a similar role
* Ability to work as part of a team
* Experience in the preparation and collation of meeting papers and minute taking
* Good communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate with people at all levels, using a range of mediums
* High levels of initiative, self-motivation, and professionalism
* Understanding and commitment to a Culturally Safe workplace
* Capacity to travel within western NSW; hold a current driver's licence.
Desirable:
* Demonstrated ability to perform basic research, possess strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise workloads
* Experience working in the health, NGO or community services sectors
* Experience in working with Aboriginal people, organisations and communities in view of planning and implementing services and achieving outcomes for Aboriginal people.
