We are seeking an experienced trainer to deliver face-to-face and online sessions for individuals pursuing a career in disability support.
The ideal candidate will possess a formal qualification in community services, aged care or individual support, as well as TAE Cert IV in Training and Assessment. Proven experience in the sector is also essential.
Responsibilities:
* Deliver training programs for learners from diverse backgrounds
* Share industry insights to create engaging learning environments
* Collaborate with teams to enhance course delivery and learner experience
Requirements:
* Formal qualification in community services, aged care or individual support
* TAE Cert IV in Training and Assessment
* Proven experience in the disability or community services sector
