We're seeking an experienced Head of Sales to lead, grow and inspire our sales function. This is a senior leadership role responsible for setting sales strategy, driving revenue growth, developing key accounts, and building a high-performing sales team.
You'll work closely with the managing directors to align sales performance with broader business objectives, while remaining hands-on in key negotiations and market expansion.
Responsibilities
* Develop and execute a sales strategy aligned to company growth goals
* Lead, mentor and manage the sales team to consistently exceed targets
* Drive new business development while nurturing and expanding key accounts
* Forecast sales performance, manage budgets, and report to managing directors
* Identify new market opportunities, channels and partnerships
* Collaborate with Marketing & production optimise outcomes
* Establish and refine sales processes, KPIs and CRM reporting
* Represent the business at key industry events and client meetings
Desired Skills and Experience

* Proven experience in a senior sales leadership role (Head of Sales, Sales Director or similar)
* Strong track record of delivering revenue growth and building high-performing teams
* Strategic thinker with a hands-on, results-driven approach
* Excellent commercial acumen and negotiation skills
