Electrical Maintenance Technician
We are seeking an experienced Electrical Maintenance Technician to join our team in Bowen, North Queensland. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining and repairing electrical equipment, including motors, controls, and distribution systems.
Required Skills and Qualifications
* Trade/Industry Electrical qualifications: Minimum Certificate III in Electrotechnology Electrician
* Current Electrical Workers Licence: Minimum restricted electrical licence
* High Voltage Switching certificate: Desirable
* Competent at electrical installation and repair work: Including motor controls and power distribution
* Experience with agricultural electrical systems: Including irrigation controls
* Forklift Ticket: Required
* Electrical Trade with instrumentation experience: Highly regarded
* Experience with electrical control systems for refrigeration plants: Required
* Experience with fault finding and repairs on electrical control systems for pneumatic or hydraulic systems: Desired
* Experience with electrical systems for packaging and labelling equipment: Required
* PLC programming and troubleshooting experience: Desirable
