Known for our range of dego menus that cater to most dietary requirements, our intention has always been simple: to offer an inviting, welcoming approach to fine dining, offering thoughtful food executed with precision.We also work alongside our sister venue (literally right next door), The Refinery, one of Brisbane's Best Wedding Venues.We're a tight-knit team that hustles with the goal of being the best in everything we do, but most importantly maintaining a friendly work environment and a positive work culture.The RoleWe're looking for a Restaurant Manager to join our dream team who will be responsible for: Ensuring the smooth-running of daily services General supervision and training of floor staff Managing reservations, greeting and seating guests Optimising workflows and procedures Monitoring emails and general admin Assistance to the General Manager Future opportunities for career progressionWhat We're Looking For Working days are Wednesday-Sunday (afternoon til late) Someone with previous experience in a similar role to bring a fresh perspective Someone well-presented and personable Someone knowledgeable in food and wine (wine training highly regarded) Exceptional time management and communication skillsPay & Perks $80-$90k per annum (depending on experience) + Super Staff meals included Opportunity for great tips
