Job Title: User Experience Designer
We're seeking an experienced User Experience (UX) designer to join our team. As a UX designer, you'll play a key role in shaping the user experience of our digital products and services.
Responsibilities:
- Design end-to-end user journeys across digital platforms
- Create and test prototypes based on user research and evidence
- Facilitate user-centred design workshops
- Interpret customer satisfaction insights and use them to inform design decisions
- Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams in an Agile environment to deliver high-quality solutions that meet business needs and user requirements.
Requirements:
* A strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in interaction and UX design (APS6 level)
* Proven ability to run UX labs and workshops
* Experience working in Agile environments
