Iconic Security Services seeking experienced personnel to fill two Concierge positions for one of Perth’s premium grade assets. We require people who are passionate about managing a corporate environment, exuding enthusiasm and professionalism across all daily duties. Your exemplary customer service skills will build positive relationships to provide a bespoke service.

**What are the duties?**
- Act as a liaison between the public and the organization.
- Provide daily client support.
- Handling confidential information with discretion.
- Monitor CCTV and access control systems, including lifts.
- Produce/ remove access cards for incoming/outgoing stakeholders.
- Provide daily contractor liaison and support, ensuring any inductions are completed.
- Facilitate lifestyle services on request such as, chauffeur hire, dry cleaning dispatch, vehicle valeting for stake holders.
- Assisting schedules, coordinating appointments and room bookings.
- Assisting with the planning and coordinating of events.
- Handling any unexpected or emergency situations that may arise.
- Providing exceptional customer service and ensuring that all needs are met in a timely and efficient manner.
**Who are we looking for?**
- Someone who has the highest of professional standards.
- 2+ years in a similar type concierge role.
- Exemplary presentation.
- Ability to work autonomously and be proactive.
- Great communication skills and someone who thoroughly enjoys supporting others.
- Intermediate MS Word, Excel, Power Point capability.
- You must have full Australian working rights
- Current WA Security Licence
- Current First Aid Certificate
WA - Security Agents Licence 50505
