The Role
We're looking for a practical, people-focused Technical Support Sales & Representative to be a key point of contact for customers.

technical customer support

basic sales administration
, with a strong focus on understanding customer needs and providing real, workable solutions.
You'll be talking directly with farmers, agricultural consultants, and others, helping them choose the right solution, supporting them through setup and troubleshooting, ensuring they get value from our products, and add more products to their operations.
Key Responsibilities
Technical Customer Support
* Provide first-line technical support via phone, email, and messaging
* Help customers with setup, troubleshooting, and product usage
* Translate technical information into clear, easy-to-understand explanations
* Escalate complex issues when required and follow through to resolution
You will have engineers to support, all training provided. You will need to be able to understand technical products and processes.
Sales & Customer Engagement
* Speak with inbound and outbound customers to understand their needs
* Recommend appropriate products and solutions based on real-world use cases
* Build trust through honest, practical advice.
* Follow up leads and enquiries through to sale.
* Attend Ag events.
This is not a hard sell, we provide immense value to our clients, its about helping them see that.
Administrative Tasks
* Manage CRM records, quotes, and basic order processing
* Track customer interactions and follow-ups
* Assist with setting up new customers
* Support the sales process with accurate documentation and updates
* Follow up on invoices if needed
