Key responsibilities as a Store Manager include: Ensure smooth and efficient store operations that underpin a seamless customer experience Minimum 3 years of previous experience working in a retail environment Previous leadership experience with proven sales success and team member development Genuinely care about people, and always sees through the eyes of the customer and team to ensure the best customer and team member experience.
