Your new opportunity
As a Field Services Coordinator, you’ll play a key role in progressing property valuation requests from start to finish. You’ll be the central connection point between customers, banks, valuers and internal teams, ensuring appointments are scheduled efficiently, issues are resolved quickly and service levels stay on track.
Key responsibilities of the role:
* Scheduling valuation appointments and managing job queues
* Optimising valuer schedules to support turnaround times and utilisation targets
* Managing real‑time changes including reschedules, cancellations and valuer availability
* Handling inbound and outbound calls and emails from customers, valuers, banks and other stakeholders
* Resolving queries and removing barriers to progress valuations
* Using systems such as Microsoft Outlook and web‑based applications to manage workflow
* Ensuring all tasks are completed in line with Opteon processes and service expectations
About you
* Experience in a remote customer service role, ideally within a contact centre or high‑volume environment
* Strong verbal and written communication skills
* Confident in using technology and learning new systems
* Strong negotiation, diplomacy and problem‑solving skills, with the ability to resolve customer issues
* Excellent attention to detail and the ability to prioritise competing tasks
* A positive, professional and team‑focused approach
