The Assistant Food & Beverage Manager will oversee the development of training programs and SOPs, ensuring alignment with resort brand service standards. They will collaborate with the Director of F&B and F&B Leadership team to drive performance goals, manage staffing, HR actions, and provide support to Venue Managers while maintaining compliance with regulations and quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:

 * Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure cleanliness and maintenance of F&B facilities.
 * Analyze guest insights to drive loyalty and optimize revenue through strategic planning and expense control.
