Crown Property Services is seeking an experienced, dedicated and hands-on Cleaning 2IC, Night Shift to support our cleaning operations. This is a hands-on 2IC cleaning role, ideal for someone who is proactive, has a strong understanding of safety protocols, compliance standards and lives in the local community.
Our focus is on delivering great service quality results for our client, whilst maintaining safe work practices. You will be working at our partner's reputable health and wellbeing spa facility located in the Mornington Peninsula area.
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead by example through hands on cleaning duties, ensuring high standards are consistently met.
* Support the team in achieving daily cleaning schedule.
* Collaborate effectively with team members to maintain a clean and safe environment.
* Maintain accurate records of inventory, incidents, and compliance reporting as required.
* Submit consumables orders as required.
* Assist operations manager with staff roster management.
About You:
* Proven leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team.
* Excellent interpersonal skills for communicating with staff, management, and team members.
* Ability to work nights.
* Strong working knowledge of cleaning protocols and chemical safety. (chlorine used on site)
* Physically fit with the ability to carry out manual tasks.
* Reliable, punctual, and possess a strong work ethic.
* Good attitude, respectful and professional in the workplace.
