**POSITION OVERVIEW**:
We are growing We have an outstanding opportunity for a positive and pro-active experienced Lawyer who is looking to secure an opportunity to work with our valued clients and either be supported to build your own practice area, or to work with our excellent team in our existing practice areas. Our current practice areas include commercial litigation, property and land compensation, disputes, transactional, general commercial & corporate, local government as well as estate work. If you have any skills in any of these areas, or are looking to be fully supported to build your own practice area in a leafy green suburban firm, this position may be suited to you.
**KEY JOB ROLES**:
- Providing competent advice to clients, primarily based in South Perth;
- Managing client files from beginning to end;
- Operating the firm's systems and following procedures such as time recording and electronic filing;
- Fostering relationships with our clients as well as in our team;
- Maintaining your skills and knowledge, including the compulsory CPD requirement

**Salary**: $85,000.00 - $110,000.00 per year
