About the Role
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Home Support Assistant to join our team. In this role, you will provide high-quality care and support to our clients in their own homes.
Duties and Responsibilities
* Personal Care: Assist with daily living tasks such as bathing, dressing, and toileting.
* Household Assistance: Provide support with light housekeeping, meal preparation, and laundry.
* Transportation: Accompany clients to appointments and social events.
* Mobility and Therapy: Assist clients with mobility aids and therapy exercises.
* Complex Care: Provide care for clients with complex needs, including dementia and other conditions.
Requirements
* Experience: 3 months or more in a similar role.
* Certifications: Valid Australian Driver's Licence and first aid certification.
* Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Attitude: Compassionate, patient, and adaptable.
