Air Liquide Healthcare Australia are a leading supplier of medical gases, homecare and sleep services, specializing in respiratory diseases and sleep diagnostics including CPAP therapy. We are seeking an experienced Retail/CPAP Therapy Consultant for the Pelican Waters clinic who will enhance customer care and manage sleep apnea treatments.
In this role you will collaborate closely with physicians to create tailored treatment plans addressing each patient's specific needs and provide excellent service to patients and their families.
Responsibilities
* Initial point of contact for new and existing clients
* Conduct diagnostic evaluations, including titration studies, for patients with sleep-disordered breathing
* Guide patients on CPAP equipment, setup, and ongoing service requirements
* Provide follow-up appointments for newly diagnosed patients and ongoing support for existing patients
* Educate patients and their families about sleep disorders, evaluation procedures, and available treatment options
* Collaborate with healthcare professionals and service providers
* Promote and upsell product range and services
* Maintain and sterilize clinic equipment
Qualifications
* Previous experience in retail, healthcare, or sales environments (highly regarded)
* Strong communication skills
* Experience in customer service across all stages of interaction
* Knowledge in CPAP therapy and sleep medicine disciplines
* Strong organizational and administrative skills
