**Flip Out Blacktown is COMING, **and we are seeking the services of an experienced and professional Manager to operate the day to day operations of the business.
- A drive to build and develop a dynamic team of employees following mandatory Franchise Operations Manuals.
- Proven experience in managing a team.
- Able to drive and understand word, excel, team's intranet and point of sale.
- The ability to constantly train and overlook staff performance within a fast-paced environment.
- To follow strict mandatory processes where safety is concerned.
- Strong Sales experience and recognizing sales to drive revenue.
- Excellent verbal and written communication.
- The successful manager must be able to work from Tuesday through to Saturday morning each week and often staying back to complete duties if necessary.
- The successful assistant manager must be able to work from Sunday to Thursday, including some evenings.
- To serve at the front counter and lead by example, always offering outstanding customer service.
- A problem solver.
- Must have a can do positive can-do attitude.
