Job Description
We are seeking a skilled Office Administrator/Receptionist to join our team. As an integral part of the school office, you will provide high-level administrative support and be responsible for maintaining accurate records.
The role is ideal for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and has excellent communication skills. You will be responsible for:
* Coordinating support tasks under the direction of senior staff members;
* Assisting teachers with specific support tasks or coordinating support activities;
* Supervising health and wellbeing support tasks, medical intervention support, or other specialized roles as required.
Responsibilities include:
* Providing routine clerical or administrative support: general telephone, front-office enquiries, mail deliveries, stock control, meeting support, processing standard paperwork;
* Maintaining, entering, and retrieving data from the school's IT systems, including student, staff, and school records;
* Maintaining and updating office records, enrolment data, diary records, and basic written records;
* Supporting or coordinating the preparation of standard internal and external communications (e.g., form letters, newsletters);
* Coordinating the delivery of administrative services within the school;
* Consulting with senior staff to determine and manage work priorities within the school office;
* Developing and implementing strategies to ensure effective administration procedures.
