Working Hours: Monday – Friday, 8:45 AM – 5:15 PM
Saturday: 8:45 AM – 1:15 PM

We are seeking an enthusiastic team member who is eager to learn, support daily store operations, engage with clients, and contribute to the growth of our business. Key Responsibilities
Customer Service Excellence: Deliver warm, attentive, and personalised service to every client.
Sales Support: Assist the team in reaching sales goals while sharing product and service knowledge.
Client Relationships: Build trust through proactive engagement, follow-up, and after-sales care.
Product Expertise: Grow your knowledge of watches and jewellery to enhance the customer experience.
Store Operations: Support visual merchandising, stock replenishment, and uphold store standards.
Team Collaboration: Work closely with colleagues to ensure smooth and successful daily operations.

Adaptable: Comfortable standing for extended periods and lifting up to 10kg.
Experience: Retail or jewellery sales experience is an advantage, but not essential.

Valid working rights in Australia.
Completion of Year 11 (or equivalent).
Ability to pass a National Police Check (NPC).
Proficiency in MS Office and basic POS systems.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
