About The Role
As a senior consultant, you will manage a full 360 desk in Australian markets. Working collaboratively with an existing team, you will have full ownership over a national market segment, selling and delivering perm and contract recruitment services under various delivery models; contingent recruitment, contract, retained search etc.
Skills And Experience
* Successful track record in business development within a 360 recruitment environment
* Strong background in managing the delivery of permanent recruitment services
* Customer centric, long term relationship approach
* Growth / continuous improvement mindset
* Desire to work collaboratively in a team environment
* Industry knowledge in manufacturing desirable but not essential
