Rayco Plumbing Contractors are currently looking for an Administration / Accounts assistant. This is a full‐time position working Monday to Friday 8.00 am to 4.00 pm, with flexibility possible for permanent – part time.
Reporting to the Financial Controller, core duties will include:
Responsibilities
* Accounts Payable from receipt of invoice to payment of subcontractors and suppliers.
Qualifications
* Hold a certificate in Administration or Accounting and bookkeeping or similar (desirable).
* Possess excellent organisational and time‐management abilities.
* Demonstrate excellent attention to detail with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively.
* Willing to learn, self‐motivated with high attention to detail; training will be provided for the right applicant.
* Experience with computer programs, particularly BEAMS (training provided).
* Strong computer skills.
