Job Description

We currently have an opportunity for an ICT Project Manager – Lifecycle Projects to join our Health & Education team and play a key role in delivering secure, reliable and future‐fit technology environments that support essential hospital operations. Reporting to the Asset Manager, you'll help deliver high‐quality outcomes that support our essential services.

This role can be based in Bendigo or at our Melbourne office. Travel to the Bendigo site for a minimum of 3 days per week as part of the position.

What You'll Do

This role offers a broad scope, with key responsibilities including:

* Leading the end‐to‐end delivery of ICT lifecycle projects across Bendigo Hospital, ensuring upgrades and replacements are safe, compliant and minimally disruptive.
* Developing project documentation including scopes, business cases, budgets, schedules, RAID logs, procurement packs and commissioning plans.
* Coordinating testing, integration, outages and go‐lives for multi‐technology systems within a live clinical environment.
* Engaging collaboratively with clinical, technical and operational stakeholders to ensure smooth delivery and strong alignment to operational needs.
* Managing vendors, contractors and OEM partners to ensure high‐quality outcomes and adherence to governance and cyber requirements.

What You'll Bring

* Strong experience delivering ICT projects in complex or regulated environments, ideally healthcare.
* Confident understanding of ICT systems, platforms, integration and lifecycle management.
* Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with calmness, clarity and strong communication across diverse stakeholder groups.
* Experience working with vendors, managing procurement, and coordinating multi‐stream implementations.
* A proactive approach to risk identification, safety, quality, and maintaining operational continuity
